The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) and the host St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC), saw Bishop O'Connell's baseball team beat St. James by a margin of 10-2.

The Knights (17-4) will now prepare for their battle against Georgetown (Georgetown, SC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 9-12 record. In their last battle, Georgetown was overwhelmed by Archbishop Molloy (Queens, NY), 14-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Sharks face the Monsignor McClancy Crusaders (Queens, NY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 25. St. James will attempt to improve on its 10-12 season record. The Crusaders enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to St. John the Baptist (West Islip, NY).
