In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Centennial Coyotes (Peoria, AZ) baseball squad nipped the visiting Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ), by a margin of 7-6.

With the win, Centennial betters its record to 22-5 on the season. The Coyotes travel to Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ) to encounter the Colts in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. The Colts come into the challenge with a record of 21-6. Casteel won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Millennium (Goodyear, AZ)

With the defeat, Horizon falls to 13-16 on the season.
