April 28, 2023: Saugerties, NY 12477 The Saugerties Sawyers lacrosse team scored 15 points and limited the visiting Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks to 5 in the Sawyers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Sawyers (9-1) will now prepare for their game against Valley Central (Montgomery, NY). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Valley Central toppled Middletown (Middletown, NY), 17-3, in a non-league game.
