In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting University School Preppers lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-11 triumph over the Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals.

The Preppers (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Wooster (Wooster, OH). The Generals go into the Region 6 contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Wooster held off Riverside (Painesville, OH), 21-6, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Royals meet the Southview Cougars (Sylvania, OH) in a Region 5 contest, on Friday, May 2. Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 3-7 record after their 21-4 non-league loss to Bedford (Temperance, MI).
