The Berrien Springs Shamrocks softball squad (Berrien Springs, MI), was routed 20-5 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host River Valley Mustangs (Three Oaks, MI)

With the triumph, River Valley improves its record to 6-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Howardsville Christian (Marcellus, MI) to face the Eagles in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White contest on Thursday, May 1. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 0-2.

The Shamrocks now hold a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Bridgman for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - Red contest on Friday, May 2. Berrien Springs will face a Bees squad coming off a 19-4 non-league win over Fennville (Fennville, MI). The Bees record now stands at 11-2.
