Beacon Academy Trailblazers (Evanston, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Cruz Dragons (Chicago, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Beacon Academy improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Trailblazers travel to Christian Heritage Academy (Northfield, IL) to face the Lions in a Lake Shore Athletic test on Friday, May 2. The Lions go into the test with a record of 12-2.
