April 30, 2025: Oak Lawn, IL 60453 The Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL) soccer overwhelmed the host Richards Bulldogs (Oak Lawn, IL), 5-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Astros now hold a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Joliet West for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 1. Shepard will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Oswego East (Oswego, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Richards moves to 0-1 on the year. The Bulldogs host Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL) to encounter the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2.
