Michigan High School Lacrosse - East Grand Rapids bounces Catholic Central
May 1, 2025: Grand Rapids, MI 49506 In Thursday's league contest, the host East Grand Rapids Pioneers lacrosse squad scored a good 17-4 triumph over the Catholic Central Cougars.
The Pioneers (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Okemos (Okemos, MI). The Wolves go into the Capital Area contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Okemos knocked off Lansing Catholic (Lansing, MI), 12-6, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Cougars meet the Lake Orion Dragons (Lake Orion, MI) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 3. Catholic Central will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 10-3 record after their 10-7 non-league win over Stoney Creek (Rochester Hills, MI).
