Louisiana High School Baseball - Doyle nips Rosepine
May 3, 2023: Livingston, LA 70754 Doyle Tigers (Livingston, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Rosepine Eagles (Rosepine, LA), 9-8 in a non-league test.
With the win, Doyle upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to South Beauregard (Longville, LA) to battle the Knights in a non-league test on Thursday, May 11. The Knights come into the test with a record of 29-4. South Beauregard won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Loreauville (Loreauville, LA)
With the defeat, Rosepine falls to 17-14 on the season.
