Faith Christian Patriots (Rocky Mount, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Thales Academy Rolesville Knights (Rolesville, NC), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots now own a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freedom Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 9. Faith Christian will battle a squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The record now stands at 10-8.
