The Fargo North Spartans softball team scored 20 runs and held the host Fargo South Bruins to 7 in the Spartans league win on Monday.

The Spartans now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley City for a Class A - East Region battle on Tuesday, May 6. Fargo North will confront a Hi-Liners team coming off a 21-1 league loss to Red River (Grand Forks, ND). The Hi-Liners record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Fargo South moves to 0-9 on the season. The Bruins travel to Horace (Horace, ND) to confront the in a Class A - East Region battle on Tuesday, May 6. The come into the battle with a record of 5-3.
