Ohio High School Softball - Meadowbrook bounces Maysville
May 8, 2024: Byesville, OH 43723 Meadowbrook Colts (Byesville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Maysville Panthers (Zanesville, OH), 11-0 in a league challenge.
The Colts now own a 17-9 record. They take the field next when they host Coshocton for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 9. Meadowbrook will battle a Redskins squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Union Local (Belmont, OH). The Redskins record now stands at 6-19.
With the loss, Maysville falls to 1-15 on the campaign. The Panthers host Morgan (McConnelsville, OH) to battle the Raiders in a Muskingum Valley challenge on Saturday, May 11. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 16-4. Morgan won 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Harrison Central (Cadiz, OH)
