Virginia High School Soccer - Carroll County knocks off Honaker
May 9, 2023: Honaker, VA 24260 Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Honaker Tigers (Honaker, VA), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cavaliers confront the Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, May 10. Carroll County will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Maroon Tide enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 3-3 league Giles (Pearisburg, VA).
The Tigers now possess a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Eastern Montgomery for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 17. Honaker will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Patrick County (Stuart, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-0.
