Maine High School Lacrosse - Thornton Academy bounces York
May 10, 2023: Saco, ME 04072 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league game between the Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) and the visiting York Wildcats (York, ME), saw Thornton Academy's lacrosse team top York by a margin of 16-3.
The Trojans (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME). The Capers enter the Class A South game with a 9-1 record.
The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Marshwood (South Berwick, ME). The Hawks enter the Class B game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Marshwood beat Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME), 14-10, in a league game.
