South Carolina High School Softball - Buford knocked off by Timberland
May 11, 2024: Lancaster, SC 29720 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Timberland Wolves (St. Stephen, SC) softball team overwhelmed the host Buford Yellowjackets (Lancaster, SC), by a margin of 11-1.
With the triumph, Timberland moves its record to 4-10 on the year.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets play the North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC) in a AA Region 5 contest, on Monday, May 13. Buford will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 16-7 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Barnwell (Barnwell, SC).
