The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH) and the visiting Tri-County North Panthers (Lewisburg, OH), saw National Trail's baseball team get by Tri-County North by a tally of 2-1.

The Blazers (8-15) will now prepare for their battle against Ansonia (Ansonia, OH). The Tigers enter the Western Ohio Athletic battle with a 5-16 record. In their last battle, Ansonia was tipped by Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH), 6-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Panthers face the Troy Christian Eagles (Troy, OH) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 19. Tri-County North will attempt to upgrade on its 14-8 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 13-6 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to Newton Local (Pleasant Hill, OH).
