Michigan High School Softball - Dakota bounces Trenton
May 17, 2025: Macomb, MI 48044 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) and the visiting Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI), observed Dakota's softball team get by Trenton by a tally of 12-6.
The Cougars (20-8) will now prepare for their bout against St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Eaglets go into the non-league bout with a 8-9 record. In their last bout, St. Mary's Prep was routed by Millington (Millington, MI), 11-2, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Eaton Rapids Greyhounds (Eaton Rapids, MI) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, May 18. Trenton will attempt to advance on its 12-9 season record. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a 23-9 record after their 15-6 non-league loss to Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI).
