The Covington Buccs softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Southeastern Local Trojans to 6 in the Buccs non-league win on Saturday.

The Buccs now sport a 22-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame for a non-league battle on Wednesday, June 4. Covington will confront a Titans team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Symmes Valley (Willow Wood, OH). The Titans record now stands at 25-3.

With the loss, Southeastern Local moves to 23-5 on the season.
