Illinois High School Baseball - Waubonsie Valley held off by Normal Community
June 9, 2025: Aurora, IL 60504 Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Normal Community advances its record to 36-4 on the season. The Ironmen travel to Libertyville (Libertyville, IL) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, June 13. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 34-4. Libertyville won 13-4 in their recent non-league match against Maine South (Park Ridge, IL)
The Warriors now have a 15-13 record.
