The now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rains for a non-league test on Thursday, August 10. Sunnyvale will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
The Pirates (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Crowley (Crowley, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Crowley gained a win over Everman (Everman, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
