August 11, 2025: Corinth, MS 38834 In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Corinth Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 win over the Biggersville Lions.
With the win, Corinth improves its record to 1-4 on the season. The Warriors host Alcorn Central (Glen, MS) to face the Bears in a non-league test on Thursday, August 14. The Bears go into the test with a record of 4-6. Alcorn Central lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Tupelo (Tupelo, MS)
The Lions now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Myrtle for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 12. Biggersville will meet a Hawks team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Hickory Flat (Hickory Flat, MS). The Hawks record now stands at 0-3.
