Vance Charter Knights (Henderson, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Vance Charter improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights travel to South Granville (Creedmoor, NC) to face the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, August 14. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 1-1. South Granville lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Louisburg (Louisburg, NC)

The Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to American Leadership Academy-Johnston for a non-league test on Friday, August 15.
