Kentucky High School Soccer - Nelson County toppled by Bethlehem
August 14, 2024: Bardstown, KY 40004 Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees (Bardstown, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Nelson County Cardinals (Bardstown, KY), 8-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Bethlehem advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Eagles/Banshees travel to Central Hardin (Cecilia, KY) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league test on Monday, August 19. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 1-1. Central Hardin lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Sacred Heart (Louisville, KY)
The Cardinals now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Barren County for a non-league test on Saturday, August 17. Nelson County will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
