California High School Volleyball - Santa Ana Valley overwhelmed by Oxford Academy
August 14, 2025: Cypress, CA 90630 Oxford Academy Patriots (Cypress, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Santa Ana Valley Falcons (Santa Ana, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Oxford Academy upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Patriots host Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA) to face the Matadors in a non-league test on Friday, August 15. The Matadors go into the test with a record of 0-1. Bolsa Grande lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA)
The Falcons now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orange for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. Santa Ana Valley will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Tarbut V' Torah (Irvine, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.
