August 15, 2025: St. George, UT 84790 Marymount Sailors (Los Angeles, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Marymount improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Sailors travel to Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT) to face the Vikings in a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 0-1. Pleasant Grove lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Corner Canyon (Draper, UT)
Next, the Thunder meet the Faith Lutheran Crusaders (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 16. Desert Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
