August 15, 2025: Goodrich, TX 77335 In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Madisonville Mustangs volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Goodrich Hornets.
With the win, Madisonville improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Iola (Iola, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, August 15. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-1. Iola lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Burton (Burton, TX)
The Hornets now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brazos for a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. Goodrich will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Normangee (Normangee, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.
