The New Prairie Cougars prevailed the host Munster Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Cougars confront the Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 16. New Prairie will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.

With the loss, Munster drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Chesterton (Chesterton, IN) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 19. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Chesterton lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Crown Point (Crown Point, IN)
