The University City Centurions got by the host Hoover Cardinals flag football team by a score of 6-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Centurions now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mater Dei Catholic for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, August 20. University City will face a Crusaders team coming off a 46-0 non-league win over Valhalla (El Cajon, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-0.

The Cardinals (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Madison (San Diego, CA). The Warhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Madison was edged by Kearny (San Diego, CA), 13-6, in a league challenge.
