August 19, 2025: Woodstock, GA 31088 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the The King's Academy Knights (Woodstock, GA) and the visiting Georgia-Cumberland Academy Jaguars (Calhoun, GA), observed The King's Academy's volleyball team top Georgia-Cumberland Academy by a count of 3-0.
The Knights (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Allatoona achieved victory over Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Jaguars now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnson Ferry Christian Academy for a GAPPS DI-AAA Region 1 battle on Thursday, August 21. Georgia-Cumberland Academy will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fulton Science Academy (Alpharetta, GA). The Saints record now stands at 4-2.
