Texas High School Volleyball - Rock Hill tips Austin

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Rock Hill Blue Hawks (Frisco, TX) volleyball squad nudged the host Austin Maroons (Austin, TX), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Blue Hawks face the Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 20. Rock Hill will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Friars go into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to The Colony (The Colony, TX).

With the loss, Austin moves to 9-5 on the year. The Maroons host Lake Travis (Austin, TX) to face the Cavaliers in a 6A Region IV District 26 contest on Tuesday, August 23. The Cavaliers go into the contest with a record of 11-6. Lake Travis lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Canyon (New Braunfels, TX)
