August 20, 2024: Idalou, TX 79329 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Idalou Wildcats (Idalou, TX) and the visiting Hawley Bearcats (Hawley, TX), observed Idalou's volleyball team hold off Hawley by a count of 2-1.
The Wildcats (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Snyder (Snyder, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Snyder was tipped by Ferris (Ferris, TX), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Bearcats battle the Buena Vista Longhorns (Imperial, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 23. Hawley will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Longhorns enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Grape Creek (San Angelo, TX).
