Bees Shut Out Revere in Hard Fought Match
Richfield, OH — On a misty evening at Revere High School, the Brecksville‑Broadview Heights varsity soccer team battled the Revere Minutemen in a highly physical match, coming away with a 1 to 0 victory.
The Bees controlled the pace early, applying relentless pressure in the first half and sustaining it throughout the match. Their efforts paid off when Dominic Caruso scored the game’s only goal, assisted by Otto Grieser and Milos Crncevic.
The intensity showed throughout the night, with multiple yellow cards issued, but the Bees’ defense stayed organized and composed. In goal, Bruno Berlin recorded four saves and, with strong support from his back line, posted a clean sheet. Revere’s keeper, Alex Rees, made key stops to keep the Minutemen in striking distance.
“This was a gritty, disciplined performance in tough conditions,” said Head Coach Brad Dean. “We stayed compact, won second balls, and kept our composure. I am proud of the boys.”
