The Cougars now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hope Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, August 23. Como Park will face a team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Highland Park (St. Paul, MN). The record now stands at 0-1.
The Polars (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Richfield (Richfield, MN). The Spartans come into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Richfield was nipped by Park Center (Brooklyn Park, MN), 4-1, in a non-league game.
