August 21, 2025: Covington, KY 41017 Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Villa Madonna Vikings (Covington, KY), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bishop Brossart improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Conner (Hebron, KY) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Monday, August 25. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 1-1. Conner won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Newport Central Catholic (Newport, KY)
Next, the Vikings meet the Bellevue Tigers (Bellevue, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 25. Villa Madonna will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Ludlow (Ludlow, KY).
