The Wake Prep Academy Guardians topped the visiting Fike Golden Demons volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Guardians confront the Washington County Panthers (Plymouth, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 25. Wake Prep Academy will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record.

The Golden Demons (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Rocky Mount (Rocky Mount, NC). The Gryphons go into the Big East 5A/6A game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Rocky Mount was dropped by Roanoke Rapids (Roanoke Rapids, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
