Lexington Eagles (Lexington, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Live Oak Classical Falcons (Waco, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 5-6 record. In their last challenge, Harker Heights beat Ellison (Killeen, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Falcons face the Waco Lions (Waco, TX) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 21. Live Oak Classical will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Seguin (Arlington, TX).
