In Friday's non-league match, the host Pee Dee Academy Golden Eagles football squad scored a good 40-20 triumph over the Trinity Collegiate Titans.

The Golden Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Williamsburg Academy (Kingstree, SC). The Stallions come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Williamsburg Academy defeated Thomas Sumter Academy (Dalzell, SC), 50-12, in a non-league match.
