Kentucky High School Football - Henderson County thwarted by Pulaski County
August 23, 2025: Henderson, KY 42420 Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Henderson County Colonels (Henderson, KY), 44-21 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Pulaski County improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Maroons travel to Bryan Station (Lexington, KY) to play the Defenders in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. The Defenders go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Bryan Station lost 56-35 in their recent non-league battle against South Warren (Bowling Green, KY)
The Colonels now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Henry Clay for a non-league match on Friday, September 5.
