Michigan High School Soccer - Divine Child knocks off Glenn
August 24, 2024: Westland, MI 48185 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Divine Child Falcons (Dearborn, MI) and the host Glenn Rockets (Westland, MI), saw Divine Child's soccer squad prevail over Glenn by a score of 6-2.
The Falcons (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lutheran North (Macomb, MI). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Lutheran North tipped Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI), 4-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Rockets confront the Churchill Chargers (Livonia, MI) in a Kensington Lakes - East battle, on Monday, August 26. Glenn will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Chargers enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI).
