With the win, Cypress upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Centurions travel to Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA) to face the Royals in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 6. The Royals go into the outing with a record of 5-3.
The Spartans now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Marina for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 30. Villa Park will face a Mariners squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to El Modena (Orange, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 0-1.
