August 25, 2023: Bakersfield, CA 93313 The Taft Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Ridgeview Wolf Pack to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McFarland for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Taft will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Lindsay (Lindsay, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
The Wolf Pack (2-2) will now prepare for their game against North (Bakersfield, CA). The Stars enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, North dropped by Garces Memorial (Bakersfield, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
