August 27, 2022: Emmaus, PA 18049 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Emmaus Hornets (Emmaus, PA) and the visiting Wilson Bulldogs (West Lawn, PA), saw Emmaus's soccer squad knock off Wilson by a count of 2-0.
The Hornets now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host East Stroudsburg North for a non-league test on Monday, August 29. Emmaus will meet a Timberwolves squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Bangor (Bangor, PA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Wilson drops to 0-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Pottsville (Pottsville, PA) to meet the Crimson Tide in a non-league test on Saturday, September 3. The Crimson Tide come into the test with a record of 0-0.
