Virginia High School Volleyball - South Lakes tips McLean
August 28, 2023: McLean, VA 22101 South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA), 3-2 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Seahawks battle the Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, August 30. South Lakes will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Generals come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to James Madison (Vienna, VA).
With the loss, McLean drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Chantilly (Chantilly, VA) to battle the Chargers in a non-league match on Wednesday, August 30. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 3-0. Chantilly won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Yorktown (Arlington, VA)
