In Thursday's league match, the Clay City Eels (Clay City, IN) volleyball squad prevailed the host North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Eels battle the Linton-Stockton Miners (Linton, IN) in a Southwestern Indiana match, on Tuesday, September 2. Clay City will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
