Arkansas High School Football - Cave City can't hold off Marshall
August 29, 2025: Cave City, AR 72521 Marshall Bobcats (Marshall, AR) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Cave City Cavemen (Cave City, AR), 38-36 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Marshall advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bobcats host Brinkley (Brinkley, AR) to play the Tigers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Cavemen now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Abundant Life for a non-league match on Friday, September 5. Cave City will confront a Owls squad coming off a 42-30 league win over Destiny Christian (Del City, OK). The Owls record now stands at 2-0.
