In Friday's league match, the host North Marion Huskies football squad scored a good 27-0 victory over the East Fairmont Bees.

The Huskies (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Preston (Kingwood, WV). The Knights enter the Big Ten match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Preston was beaten by Hampshire (Romney, WV), 40-20, in a non-league battle.

The Bees now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Grafton for a Big Ten battle on Friday, September 5. East Fairmont will play a Bearcats team coming off a 23-0 league loss to Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-1.
