Alabama High School Football - Lincoln prevails Munford
August 29, 2025: Lincoln, AL 35096 In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Lincoln Golden Bears football team scored a nice 38-14 win over the Munford Lions.
In their next game, the Golden Bears play the Center Point Eagles (Birmingham, AL) in a 5A Region 6 challenge, on Friday, September 5. Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 46-27 non-league win over Fultondale (Birmingham, AL).
The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Tallassee (Tallassee, AL). The Tigers go into the 4A Region 3 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Tallassee toppled Elmore County (Eclectic, AL), 25-9, in a non-league challenge.
