With the win, Legacy advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Lightning host Mountain Range (Westminster, CO) to confront the Mustangs in a 5A/4A Northern Colorado contest on Wednesday, September 3. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 1-1. Mountain Range lost 25-0 in their recent non-league contest against Poudre School District (Fort Collins, CO)
Coming up next, the Angels confront the Vista PEAK Prep Bison (Aurora, CO) in a 5A/4A City contest, on Wednesday, September 3. Denver East will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Bison enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 18-0 non-league loss to Denver North (Denver, CO).
