August 30, 2025: Harlan, IA 51537 Harlan Cyclones (Harlan, IA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Exira-EHK Spartans (Elk Horn, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Harlan advances its record to 3-4 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA) to face the Monarchs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 4. The Monarchs come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Denison-Schleswig won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Storm Lake (Storm Lake, IA)
Next, the Spartans play the Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center (Guthrie Center, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Exira-EHK will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
