In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting The Colony Cougars volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Little Elm Lobos.

The Cougars (6-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Lewisville (Lewisville, TX). The Farmers enter the non-league challenge with a 7-16 record. In their last challenge, Lewisville was nudged by Corsicana (Corsicana, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lobos play the Richland Royals (North Richland Hills, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Little Elm will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Royals come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Crowley (Crowley, TX).
